These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Creative Lee Studio website (“Website”) and any services provided by Creative Lee Studio (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please READ carefully. By purchasing and registering for this service, the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are entered into by Creative Lee Studio (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”), and You agree to the following terms stated herein. The Company and You may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” in these Terms.

PROGRAM 1
Company agrees to provide the program titled, “Single Landing Sales Page” (herein referred to as the “Program”) as outlined on the web page where You register, which includes:

• 1-hour website strategy call
• 1 Page: Home, About, Client Love, Services, Contact
• Mini Branding Suite Upgrade
• Creative Branding: Brand Board, Colour Palette, Custom Fonts and Word Mark Logo
• Mobile and Desktop Optimisation
• SEO Setup with 2 Revisions
• Social Media Launch Posts
• Get Prepared Checklists, Streamlined Communication
• 1 Week Post Launch Support

This program requires 50% deposit at acceptance and commencement of the project, final payment required on completion.

PROGRAM 2
Company agrees to provide the program titled, “Website in a Day” (herein referred to as the “Program”) as outlined on the web page where You register, which includes:

• 1-hour website strategy call
• 5 Page Website: Home, About, Client Love, Services, Contact
• Mini Branding Suite Upgrade
• Creative Branding: Brand Board, Colour Palette, Custom Fonts and Word Mark Logo
• Mobile and Desktop Optimisation
• SEO Setup with 2 Revisions
• Social Media Launch Posts
• Get Prepared Checklists, Streamlined Communication
• 2 Week Post Launch Support

This program requires 50% deposit at acceptance and commencement of the project, final payment required on completion.

PROGRAM 3
Company agrees to provide the program titled, “Website in a Week” (herein referred to as the “Program”) as outlined on the web page where You register, which includes:

• 1-hour website strategy call
• 8 Page+ Website: Home, About, Client Love, Services, Contact, Products, Podcast, Blog and more
• Mini Branding Suite Upgrade
• Creative Branding: Brand Board, Colour Palette, Custom Fonts and 2 Word Mark Logo
• Mobile and Desktop Optimisation
• SEO Setup with 4 Revisions
• Social Media Launch Posts
• Get Prepared Checklists, Streamlined Communication
• 4 Week Post Launch Support

This program requires 50% deposit at acceptance and commencement of the project, final payment required on completion.

1. Services Provided: Creative Lee Studio provides professional web design and creative services, including but not limited to website design, development, and branding.
2. Website Usage: You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Website by, any third party. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with applicable local, national, and international laws.
3. Service Agreement: By purchasing or commissioning any services from Creative Lee Studio, you will be entering into a formal agreement with us. A contract outlining the specific details of your project, including deliverables, timelines, and payment terms, will be provided before any work commences.
4. Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, artwork, code, content, and materials created by Creative Lee Studio for a client will remain the intellectual property of Creative Lee Studio until full payment has been received for the work. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work for its intended purpose. Any third-party materials or stock assets included in the design are subject to separate licensing terms, and clients must comply with those terms.
5. Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the Service Agreement. We accept payment through [list payment methods: PayPal, credit cards, via Stripe. A deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as otherwise agreed. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to allow Creative Lee Studio to complete the project on schedule. Delays caused by the client may result in a revised timeline or additional fees.
7. Confidentiality: Creative Lee Studio agrees to keep all client information confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to perform services. This includes sensitive business data, project concepts, and any other private or proprietary information.
8. Limitation of Liability: Creative Lee Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
9. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if you violate any of these Terms or fail to make timely payments as outlined in your Service Agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments will be due immediately.
10. Amendments: Creative Lee Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

13. No Refund Policy: As Creative Lee Studio provides custom digital design and creative services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds.
14. Deposit and Payments: A deposit is required to begin work on any project. Once the deposit is paid and work has started, it is non-refundable. If the project is cancelled or abandoned by the client after work has begun, the client is still responsible for the full payment of the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
15. Completion of Services: Once the project is completed and the final deliverables (e.g. design files, website files, etc.) have been provided to the client, no refunds will be issued, regardless of satisfaction with the final product.
16. Disputes or Concerns: If there are any concerns regarding the final deliverables, clients are encouraged to communicate with us to request revisions. We strive for client satisfaction and are committed to working with clients to ensure that the final product meets their expectations. However, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
17. Exceptions: In the unlikely event that Creative Lee Studio is unable to fulfil the terms of the agreement (such as due to unforeseen circumstances), we may discuss a partial refund or alternative resolution on a case-by-case basis, but this will be at our discretion.

By agreeing to these terms and making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided for any services once they have been delivered or work has begun.
